Give Brand Stori the write-up of a finished project, with the client's name and website, and it rewrites it as a client story a buyer can follow: the client's problem, what you did and the results, in a fixed, predictable shape. You can then edit it, download it and share it.
Before you start
You need the project write-up as a PDF, an image, or a call transcript as a text file, up to 50 MB. A delivery report, a project summary slide or a technical case study all work. Include the results with their numbers if you have them; they are the heart of the story.
Make it
- Choose Case study. It opens the case study builder.
- Type the client's name and website, for example the client's company name and its web address. The website is how the brain knows which client this is.
- Upload the write-up and choose Upload & Generate.
- Wait while it is elevated. Brand Stori reads what the project did and rewrites it as a client story, rather than copying the technical detail across. It also uses the client's name and website to look up public facts about the client, such as its industry and scale, to set the scene.
Change it and send it
Edit the story on the page and save. Download it as a PDF, or share it with a teammate.
Why it reads better
Technical write-ups are usually organised the way the team delivered the work. Buyers read in a different order: what the client was facing, what changed and what it was worth. Brand Stori writes every case study in the same order, so your stories read consistently, whoever wrote the original.
