Before a first meeting with a CIO, use three things in Brand Stori: Account research to learn about their company, Meeting prep to plan the conversation, and Stori to pick the proof you will lead with. All three work from your company's brain, so what you walk in with is your own experience, not generic talking points.
1Research the account
Choose Account research. The box fills with "Research this account before our first meeting:". Add the company and the person you are meeting, for example "a regional bank, meeting their CIO". It brings together what is public about them with what your company has done that is relevant.
2Pick the proof that fits
Open Stori, the chat with your brain, and ask the question you would ask your best seller: "Which of our case studies should I show a bank CIO?" or "What have we done on core banking modernisation?". Stori answers from your brain with your real clients and results. If you have nothing for that exact combination, it gives you the nearest real proof instead of making something up. When it looks something up on the web, it says so.
3Prep the meeting
Choose Meeting prep. The box fills with "Prep me for my call with". Say who, what you know about the meeting and what you want from it: "Prep me for my call with the CIO of [client], first meeting, I want to understand their cloud plans and introduce our data practice." Brand Stori prepares the meeting from your brain and asks first if something important is missing.
Change it, then take it with you
Ask for changes in plain words, such as "shorter" or "add three questions I should ask". Export it, for example as a PDF, to read on the way.
