The short version: our website, brandstori.ai, uses analytics, marketing and advertising cookies unless you decline them on its cookie banner (in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, only if you press Accept); if you decline, it keeps one cookie to remember that. The Brand Stori product uses only the cookies it needs to sign you in and keep it secure, and no advertising cookies.
1What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your computer or phone. Sites use them to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure, and some sites also use them to track what you do.
Flywheelr Inc. ("Flywheelr", "we", "us") makes Brand Stori. This policy covers our website, brandstori.ai, and the Brand Stori product at go.brandstori.ai and related addresses ("the Services").
2How we use cookies
Our website, brandstori.ai, counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Anything else follows your choice on the cookie banner. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Microsoft Clarity, RB2B and LinkedIn load only after you press Accept. Elsewhere, they run from your first visit unless you decline them, and a browser that sends a Global Privacy Control signal starts with Marketing off unless you turn it on yourself. What each part does:
Your choice: once you choose, one cookie, bs_consent, remembers it for 6 months, so the banner doesn't ask again.
Analytics: Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use the site: clicks, scrolling, the pages visited, and session replays (recordings of a visit). What you type into forms is masked and never recorded. It sets the cookies _clck and _clsk on brandstori.ai, and Microsoft may set its own cookies, such as MUID and CLID, on clarity.ms and bing.com. Our own cookie, bs_src, remembers for 90 days which link or site first brought you here and which brought you most recently, so we know which of our posts and pages work; it holds a short label and page names, never anything you type. It is set for all of brandstori.ai, so that when you sign up, go.brandstori.ai can read it too.
Marketing: RB2B identifies the company a visit comes from and, for visitors in the United States, may match the visit to a professional profile, such as a LinkedIn page. LinkedIn's Insight Tag tells LinkedIn about the visit (the page, the site that sent you, the IP address, browser and device, and the time), so we can measure our LinkedIn ads, see what kinds of professionals visit, and show our ads on LinkedIn to people who visited. Both may set cookies or similar storage in your browser, on brandstori.ai or on their own domains (LinkedIn's on linkedin.com).
Press "Decline all" and they stop (Clarity at once, RB2B and LinkedIn from the next page you open); in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, if you decline, close or ignore the banner, none of them loads. You can change your choice at any time in Cookie settings, at the bottom of every page. Turning a tool off stops it from the next page you open, tells Clarity to stop and delete its cookies, and deletes the tools' cookies on brandstori.ai.
The Services use essential cookies only:
- –Sign-in: To keep you signed in as you move between pages. Set by Clerk, our sign-in provider, and by our design workspace to keep you signed in there.
- –Security: To protect the Services and your data from bots and unauthorized access. Set by Cloudflare Turnstile.
- –Nothing else: No advertising, analytics or marketing cookies in the product.

3Third-party cookies
When you sign in, Clerk and Cloudflare Turnstile set the cookies described above. If you choose to sign in with Google or Microsoft, those companies may set their own cookies on their own sign-in pages. On our website, Microsoft Clarity, RB2B and LinkedIn set cookies as section 2 explains.
We don't control the cookies Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn set on their own pages, or how Microsoft, RB2B and LinkedIn use what their tools collect. Their own privacy policies explain it: Microsoft, RB2B, LinkedIn.
4Your choices and managing cookies
On our website, you choose on the cookie banner, and can change it at any time in Cookie settings, at the bottom of every page. You can also manage cookies in your browser's settings. Most browsers let you:
- –View the cookies stored on your device and delete them.
- –Block all cookies or specific types of cookies.
- –Receive a notification before a cookie is stored.
Blocking cookies changes nothing you can see on our website. The Services need their essential cookies: without them, you can't sign in.
