What you make in Brand Stori is private to you until you share it. Your company's brain is shared by your workspace, but only an admin can change it. A link you send a prospect is view-only and can be switched off at any time.
Your own work
A deck, document or design you make is visible only to you until you share it. Admins and members have the same right to make things, and being an admin does not let someone open work that was not shared with them.
Sharing with a teammate
On Team, you can share your work with a teammate from your workspace. Everyone it is shared with can work on it, share it on and switch off its links. There is one level of access, not separate viewers and editors.
If someone leaves your company, their sign-in stops. What they shared stays with the team. What they never shared stays sealed, and is handed over only if your company asks.
Your company's brain
Everyone in the workspace makes things from the same brain. Only an admin can change it. When a member edits something in the brain, it goes to an admin as a suggestion, and nothing changes until an admin accepts it.
Sharing with a prospect
Share gives you a link for a prospect. It is view-only, needs no sign-in, and is never shown to search engines. You can switch the link off whenever you like. You see who read it, told apart by city and device, never by name, and we place no cookie or other marker in the reader's browser.
