On Team, including the Team trial, anyone in your workspace can invite a colleague by email. Team includes unlimited people, so there are no seats to count.
Invite someone
- Open Settings, then People.
- Choose Invite a teammate, type their email address and send the invite.
- They join from the email, as a member.
Admins and members
Everyone can make things from the brain and share their work.
- Admins change the company's brain, approve what members suggest, and manage people and the plan.
- Members make things. When a member edits the brain, it goes to an admin as a suggestion.
An admin can make someone an admin from Settings, then People.
