The brain is only as good as what you give it, so your first week is about checking it and adding to it. These five habits make everything you make afterwards sharper.
1Fix what it got wrong
Open your brain page and look through the Library: your company, buyers, offerings, industries, partnerships and clients. If an offering is named the way your website names it but not the way your sellers say it, or a result is out of date, an admin can change it there. Every deck and document after that uses the fix. A member's change goes to an admin as a suggestion, on the desk of your brain page.
2Add the proof your website missed
Look at the industries and offerings you sell most. If a client story is missing, an admin can add it from the Sources tab as a PDF. Case studies with a named client and a stated result help the most, because Brand Stori uses only the numbers it finds in your material.
3Check your brand
Your brand, meaning your colors, logo and fonts, is picked up when your brain is built. Check it under Voice & Brand on your brain page; an admin can change it there. New work uses your brand, and work already made keeps the look it was made in.
4Ask Stori before you make something
Stori is the chat with your brain. Ask it what you would ask your best seller: "which clients have we helped in banking?" or "what do we say about data migration?". It answers from your brain and tells you when it looked something up on the web. If its answer surprises you, that is something to fix in step 1.
5Send something you can see being read
Share your next deck with a prospect as a link. You will see when it was opened, from which city and on what device, and how much was read, and you can ask Stori to draft a follow-up.
